The design prioritizes a respectful placement on the land, minimizing earth movement and harmonizing with the surrounding landscape. Adaptations to the topography create a seamless dialogue between the dwelling and its environment, complemented by a specialized study ensuring the absence of geopathic disturbances.

Oasis features an L-shaped design that maximizes space on the plot. One wing consists of two levels, while the other is a single-story structure. Every room enjoys generous southern or eastern exposure, showcasing stunning sea views alongside a Mediterranean woodland. The home is ingeniously integrated into the slope, so from the central area, only the two heights are visible, creating the illusion of a single-story residence from the higher adjacent level.
