Muy decepcionada con el trato que me han dado en esta empresa. Una estrella porque no es posible cero. Han estado gestionando mi apartamento durante 10 meses, muchas promesas a la hora de contratar y no se ha cumplido ninguna. El tema de la limpieza ha sido inaceptable, aún habiendo llamado con quejas se han negado a limpiarlo. Me exigieron poner wifi y un enchufe inteligente para trabajar con ellos, pagué dicha factura y cual ha sido mi sorpresa al ir al apartamento 8 meses después que no han instalado ni el router ni el enchufe inteligente. El trato que me han dado al ir a cancelar el acuerdo de gestión ha sido vergonzoso. Nunca he tenido una experiencia tan desagradable con un proveedor, me siento totalmente engañada. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
