Diese Bewertung betrifft die Abteilung Vermietung von Ferienwohnungen. Wir können diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Unzuverlässig, unprofessionell und ignorant. Immer wieder die gleichen Anfragen von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit Gemeinschaftspool gebucht. Pool und Liegestühle waren nicht nutzbar, kein Wasser im Pool, Areal war abgesperrt. Mitgeteilt wurde uns dies 14 Tage vor Abreise! Da war kein kostenloses Storno mehr möglich. Frage nach Preisnachlass wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, sie könnten nichts dafür, der Pool sei öffentlich. Wir hatten für 9 Tage 940 Euro bezahlt. Am Abreisetag kam niemand zur vereinbarten Zeit zur Schlüsselübergabe.
